I wish someone would critique this beast. The arms are like that on purpose... they're kind of like dragon wings... there are two heads on stalks instead of arms.

I think You should focus on the necks and general spinal structure. If you know this, great, but I'm just here to say that if want something to be believable, you have to build it from the inside out. But the bones together, then the muscles, and then the great rolly-polly. It looks like you did that in the limbs, but not in the torso/spine/neck. Focus there.
